About Victoria Baylor CPC, CNLP, CODC


Victoria Baylor is a Leadership Recovery Strategist, Organizational Development Consultant, and Executive Coach.

With over 15 years of experience in research science and leadership development, she brings both analytical depth and human insight to her work.

Victoria specializes in helping organizations uncover the hidden drivers behind performance challenges—particularly those shaped by pressure, change, and complexity.

Her approach blends deep diagnostics with practical, human-centered solutions that strengthen leaders, realign teams, and create lasting change.

She is also a TEDx speaker and works with executives, leadership teams, and organizations across industries. She holds a M.S. in Management and Leadership (2026) and ICF certifications in Organizational Development, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Change Management. She specializes in organizational behavior with an added certification in trauma-informed coaching.

The Heart Behind Leadership Recovery

I believe some of the most capable leaders are not the ones who never face pressure, change, or uncertainty. They’re the ones who learn how to recognize when something is no longer working beneath the surface—and have the courage to realign before the cracks grow wider.

Because leadership is rarely a straight climb.

It’s navigating pressure while trying to keep people connected.
It’s carrying responsibility while adapting to constant change.
It’s sensing that performance, communication, or morale is “off” even when no one can fully explain why.

That’s where my work begins.

I help organizations diagnose what’s really driving performance challenges, then stabilize and strengthen how leaders and teams operate so change actually sticks.

Through a Leadership Recovery approach, I help leaders and organizations uncover blind spots, reduce misalignment, rebuild trust, and restore clarity—so they can lead with greater intention, resilience, and connection.

A Nontraditional Path—With Purpose

Before stepping into leadership coaching and organizational development, I spent more than 15 years in research science. My work taught me how to study systems under pressure, recognize hidden patterns, and investigate root causes instead of settling for surface-level explanations.

That mindset became foundational to how I approach leadership and organizational challenges today.

Often, organizations can see the symptoms:
communication breakdowns,
slowed progress,
reactive leadership,
change fatigue,
misalignment between teams.

But the deeper drivers underneath those issues are harder to pinpoint.

I bring both scientific curiosity and human-centered insight into that space—helping leaders make sense of what feels unclear, identify what’s structurally misaligned, and build healthier ways of operating that can hold under real-world pressure.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level motivation.

I believe in thoughtful diagnostics, meaningful alignment, and strengthening leadership from the inside out.

Why This Work Is Personal

My own journey—including experiences I shared during my 2019 TEDx Talk—taught me that leadership is not just about achievement or appearance. It’s about identity, self-awareness, and the ability to recover when pressure, change, or life disruptions begin to pull you away from yourself.

I know what it feels like to keep functioning outwardly while inwardly sensing that something is no longer aligned. That experience shaped the heart of Leadership Recovery.

Because sometimes leaders don’t need more pressure.
They need clarity.
They need space to recalibrate.
They need support identifying what’s underneath the tension before it turns into burnout, disengagement, or breakdown.

My work is about helping leaders and organizations stabilize what feels strained, strengthen what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity, trust, and sustainable growth.

Not through armor.
But through alignment.

Victoria Baylor, CODC, CNLP, CPC, is an Executive Coach, Leadership Recovery Strategist, Organizational Development Consultant, and TEDx Speaker who helps leaders and organizations restore alignment when pressure and blind spots quietly undermine effectiveness.

Her work is grounded in the Leadership Recovery Blueprint™—a proprietary, human-centered framework positioned at the intersection of leadership development and leadership well-being. The Blueprint helps leaders notice blind spots, recover alignment, and build sustainable leadership capability so development efforts actually stick.

As the founder of Victoria Baylor Leadership & OD Solutions, Victoria brings a rare combination of 15 years in research science, more than a decade of coaching senior leaders and executive teams, and advanced training in leadership coaching, trauma informed coaching, and NLP. This background allows her to translate complexity into clear, practical leadership insight—without reducing leadership challenges to quick fixes or surface solutions.

Victoria understands the hidden pressures leaders carry: misalignment between values and roles, decision fatigue, communication breakdowns, and the emotional residue of past leadership environments. Through executive coaching, leadership development programs, and organizational interventions, she helps leaders restore clarity, strengthen trust, and lead with steadiness—especially during periods of change and growth.

Her work has supported executive promotions, strengthened leadership teams, guided organizational change efforts, and contributed to healthier, more resilient workplace cultures. In addition to her consulting and coaching work, Victoria is an active community leader, serving on the Chatham Commerce Club, Shelter from the Rain Board of Directors, and Savannah Literacy Task Force. She is a member of SHRM, Rotary Savannah East, and her local church, and resides in Savannah, Georgia with her family.
