The Heart Behind Leadership Recovery
I believe the strongest leaders aren’t the ones who never struggle.
They’re the ones who know how to recover.
Leadership is not a straight climb—it’s a series of pressures, pivots, and recalibrations. My work exists for the moments when clarity feels distant, confidence is quietly eroding, and leaders sense that something is “off” but can’t quite name it.
That’s where Leadership Recovery begins.
My calling is to help leaders and organizations notice blind spots, realign what’s misfiring, and choose connection and sustainable growth—before misalignment becomes burnout, breakdown, or disengagement.
A Nontraditional Path with a Clear Purpose
Before stepping into leadership coaching and organizational development, I spent more than 15 years in research science. In the lab, I learned how to observe systems under pressure, identify subtle patterns, and make the invisible visible.
That training never left me.
Today, I bring the same scientific curiosity and precision into leadership work—helping leaders uncover what’s operating beneath the surface, understand the root causes of misalignment, and design changes that actually hold under real-world conditions.
I don’t chase quick fixes.
I look for what’s structurally misaligned—and help leaders rebuild with intention.
Why I Do This Work
My own journey—including challenges I shared in my 2019 TEDx Talk—taught me that leadership isn’t just about performance or presence. It’s about identity, integrity, and the ability to recover when life or leadership disrupts what once felt stable.
I know what it’s like to question who you are while still being expected to lead.
That lived experience is why Leadership Recovery sits at the center of my work. It’s the process of helping leaders reconnect to themselves, repair trust within teams, and lead forward with clarity—not armor.
