Ever changing internal and external dynamics can create workplace challenges, but they don’t have to be crippling. Challenges can be a springboard for greater clarity and connection. Old leadership strategies won’t work in the ever-evolving workplace and learning essential knowledge and skills just isn’t’ enough. In addition to leadership and growth, healing is also needed to address deeper issues and provide the emotional and mental resilience needed to strengthen individuals and organizations as a whole.
